Dan runs a kitesurf school here in Cyprus.

 

He is a IKO (International Kiteboarding Organisation) qualified examiner. This makes him the most qualified person in Cyprus at present and therefore the best person to learn to kitesurf with!

Cyprus has ideal kitesurfing conditions. The summer season with it's southwesterly breeze runs from April to October. Air temperature is in the 25C/35C range and winds often in excess of 20 knots. It is not unusual to be kitesurfing 7 days a week on anything between 8m and 12m kites. Water is flat or with small waves and a short wetsuit is only necessary at the beginning and the end of season.
